Apparently the band's manager in their heyday is publishing his recollections, "You can’t always get what you want: My life with the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead and other wonderful reprobates."

Sounds like the book is already out in Australia and/or Britain, but I don't see it at Amazon yet.

thx for this link, checked it out - interesting read, I've always wanted to hear what Sam Cutler might have to say about the folks who "melted into the night"... et. al.
